1. Who we are

BetArbi (“we”, “us”) operates the website betarbi.com, which provides free online betting calculators (surebet / arbitrage and free-bet calculators). This policy explains what data we handle and how.

2. What we collect

Almost nothing. The calculators run entirely in your browser — the odds and stakes you type are never sent to our server and are not stored by us. We do not have user accounts and we do not ask for any personal information.

The only data we collect is anonymous usage analytics (such as page views, country, device type and how visitors navigate the site) through Google Analytics 4 — and only if you give consent (see below).

3. Cookies & analytics

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies:

If you click “Accept”, Google Analytics 4 is loaded and sets cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) to measure traffic anonymously.
If you click “Decline”, no analytics scripts or cookies are loaded at all.

Your choice is remembered locally on your device (a betarbi_consent entry in your browser’s local storage) so we don’t ask again. No analytics run before you choose, and none run if you decline.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

For visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, our legal basis for analytics cookies is your consent, which you give via the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.

5. Third parties

Analytics are provided by Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland/LLC). If you accept, Google processes the data on our behalf. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses data. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers.

6. Your choices & rights

You can change your mind any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer — it reopens the consent banner. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your data and to withdraw consent; since we hold no personal data ourselves, most requests relate to the anonymous analytics held by Google.

7. Data retention

Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to our configured retention period (Google’s default). We keep no separate copy.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults only (18+). It is an educational calculation tool and does not offer or facilitate any gambling.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
